By accessing or using BayManager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BayManager is an automotive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform providing management tools for car wash businesses, including but not limited to revenue tracking, staff commission management, customer databases, and automated mobile money (MoMo) payments.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees, Payments, and Payouts
Platform Fees: BayManager operates on a commission-based model. We charge a percentage fee (as specified in your dashboard) on bookings processed through the platform.
Payments: All card and mobile money transactions are processed via Paystack. By using our payment features, you agree to Paystack’s Terms of Service.
Payouts: Bay owners may request payouts of their available balance to a registered Mobile Money number. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts for security reviews or anti-fraud checks.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing platform fees by performing "off-the-books" washes.
- Using the Service for any illegal activities or money laundering.
- Automated access (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent.
- Tampering with the LPR (License Plate Recognition) data for fraudulent purposes.
